Where does Lithe Beauty ship?
Lithe Beauty ships worldwide.
Shipping rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
We currently ship from warehouses in both Canada and the United States, which helps ensure faster and more reliable delivery for North American orders.
Shipping to the United States
We’ve fully resumed shipping all orders to the United States.
U.S. customers can now place orders as usual, with standard shipping timelines and tracking provided once orders ship.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping carriers may vary depending on your location and warehouse fulfillment.

Canada: Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Chit Chats, or Intelcom as expedited parcels with tracking.

United States: Orders are shipped via USPS or Chit Chats using ground services with tracking.

How long does shipping take?

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by customs processing, local carriers, or peak shipping periods.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, typically within 24 hours of shipment.
I haven’t received my tracking number.
If you don’t see a tracking email within 24 hours of your order shipping, don’t worry. You’re welcome to reach out and we’ll be happy to check on it for you.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Once payment has been processed, order information is considered final and cannot always be changed.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.
Do I pay taxes on my purchase?
Yes. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your province, state, or country and will be applied automatically at checkout.

Where can I check the status of my order?
You can log into your Lithe Beauty account at any time to view your order status and history.
Returns & Refunds
All regular-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by your tracking information.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and unopened, for hygiene and safety reasons

Items must be returned in original packaging

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

All returns must include a tracking number
All sale, discounted, or promotional items (including those purchased with a promo code) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancelling orders
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
Incorrect, damaged, or lost items
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Incorrect shipping address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, orders returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to return-to-sender fees.
