Our Community Commitment

Supporting organizations that help our communities find care, connection and understanding.

Why This Matters

Mental health deserves room in our conversations, our families and our communities. Finding support that understands your culture and experiences can be an important part of feeling heard.

Through our partnerships, we’re helping bring attention to organizations doing this work—and making their resources easier for our community to discover.

Care that understands your culture

Feeling understood can make a difference when reaching out for support. Asian Mental Health Collective (AMHC) fosters healing and connection within Asian communities in the United States through culturally informed care and community spaces.

Its work includes funding free therapy, offering virtual support groups and connecting people with Asian mental health professionals through its therapist directory.

We’re proud to support its work toward making care more accessible.

A Personal Commitment

As a Chinese-Vietnamese Canadian founder and mother, I want Lithe to reflect the communities and causes I care about.

Supporting Asian mental health is part of that commitment. I hope sharing our partners’ work helps someone find a resource, feel understood or begin a conversation they’ve been wanting to have.
